Services are provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee outcomes, such as visa approvals or supplier matches, as these depend on external factors like government decisions or market availability.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• Registration: To access certain Services (e.g., TE letter applications), you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to: misuse the Site/Services, transmit harmful code, infringe third-party rights, or engage in fraudulent activities. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
